Western Red Cedar
Western Red Cedar (Thuja plicata) is a naturally durable timber cladding, classified Durability Class 2 under European standard BS EN 350, sourced from Canada.

Western Red Cedar
Western Red Cedar is the ultimate external cladding timber, boasting excellent natural beauty, dimensional stability and decay resistance.
Western Red Cedar has a natural colour range of reds, pinks, and chocolate browns, suited to both traditional and contemporary designs. Left untreated, it silvers naturally and has a service life of at least 35 years.
Sourced from coastal Canada, our cedar is double graded to our own quality control standards, exceeding the UK standard grade.
Our grade is No. 2 Clears & Better, including up to 7% No. 4. Under this grade, 90% of boards are clear or contain infrequent small knots; the remaining 7% can contain 4–5 knots per board, which may be soft or loose.
