Accoya®

Accoya® is a modified wood product. Radiata pine undergoes a patented modification process using non-toxic chemicals.

This acetylation process alters the wood’s cell structure. The result is a durable, stable, hydrophobic timber product, highly resistant to outdoor threats like moisture, decay and rot.

Accoya® boasts the same versatile, clean pale yellow to golden-brown colour of Radiata pine. After around 10 months’ exposure, it will naturally silver.

It is available with a number of surface finishes and coatings and in a range of designer profiles, including shadow gap, tongue and V-groove and rainscreen. For added peace of mind, this product comes with an extended warranty.
