TEKNOCLAD

Teknoclad Silver is a waterborne coating designed to give wooden façades a naturally aged silver-grey appearance. It guides timber through an even, controlled transition to grey, avoiding the patchy weathering often seen with untreated wood.

TEKNOCLAD

Untreated wooden façades naturally change over time. Exposure to weather can lead to uneven greying, with variations in colour caused by differing conditions and structural details. This can result in patchy, inconsistent appearances that detract from the overall aesthetic.

Teknoclad Silver addresses this by ensuring a controlled, even transition to a natural grey tone. Over time, treated surfaces develop a uniform, elegant patina that enhances the character of the wood while maintaining a consistent, high-quality finish.

Beyond its visual appeal, Teknoclad Silver also provides effective protection for timber façades. The coating penetrates deeply into the wood, offering excellent moisture resistance and helping to reduce swelling and shrinkage. This minimises the risk of cracking, improves weather resistance and increases durability.

The result is a façade that remains attractive for years, with reduced maintenance requirements and long-term protection against the elements.
