Product Summary
SiOO:X Pre-weathered wood protection uses silicon technology to enhance performance and provide an even natural weathering process. Once in contact with UV, the clear solution quickly starts to react with noticeable changes in weeks followed by a 3-4 month period to cure to a soft light and even tone which is further brightened by the smooth face finish.

What to Expect
Sioo:X Clear Coating
Your Sioo:X Clear cladding will naturally start to cure with UV and weather exposure. The silicon shield provides effective multi-protection against the forces of nature, regardless of climate and the timber visually silvers evenly and reveals a lighter, brighter grey tone. You will start to see the effects of the colour change in weeks particularly in sunny periods and it will continue to fully transform typically over 6-8 months.
You can expect up to 15 years service life to first maintenance, and with a simple clean down and re-application of SIOOX wood protector you can prolong that protection for a life time.

Thermo-Ayous
A West and Central African timber, Ayous is an innovative, natural hardwood product that is non-toxic, highly durable, dimensionally stable and provides a clear grade, virtually knot free cladding board.
With similar attributes to Cedar, Thermo-Ayous has undergone a thermal modification process using high heat in a controlled atmosphere to improve the durability of the timber as well as increase its dimensional stability.
Starting with a light yellow colour, Thermo-Ayous achieves natural, attractive mid-brown tones through a drying process that provides a finished product that looks exotic without hurting the environment, whilst meeting Class 1-2 durability class rating according to EU standards.
