The MV Royal Daffodil, an iconic Liverpool ferry, has been refurbished and transformed into 'the region’s premier floating food, drink and events destination'.

We were delighted to play a part in this refurbishment project, supplying Thermo-Ayous cladding for the restaurant's walls and ceilings and Siberian larch for the ferry's decking (not pictured in this case study).

Thermo-Ayous is Ayous which has undergone thermal modification to improve the wood's durability and stability. The process also darkens the wood.

The beautiful medium-brown tone brings warmth, while the African hardwood's clear-grade, knot-free appearance offers a clean look.
The perfect finishing touch to a contemporary, refined nautical-inspired eatery!
