Pre-Finished Thermo-Ayous Cladding for Historic Property Restoration

For this project, Historic Property Restoration, opted for pre-finished Thermo-Ayous cladding with a random-width, board-on-board profile.

The product – Thermo-Ayous in our Colourflex® Natural pre-finish – provides a high-performance designer exterior for our client's property. A playful random-width profile adds to the contemporary look.

Ayous is a clear grade, virtually knot-free timber. Thermal modification boosts the wood's outdoor performance and stability whilst imparting a gorgeous, tropical brown tone. This process also provides the product with a Class 1 durability rating according to EU standards.

The pre-treatment program ensures the timber maintains its hue and extends its lifespan, with up to five years before the first maintenance.
